The Charcoal Steakhouse
For over 50 years the Charcoal has been the preferred choice for dining in Waterloo Region.   Menu classics include thick & juicy AAA steaks, slow roasted prime rib and legendary smoked side ribs.  These classices are side by side with more contemporary favourites such as the Wild Mushroom Chicken or Seared Ahi Tuna.  The Charcoal is constantly evolving but consistently timeless.

The Blackshop
Casual dining with a European flair, The Blackshop is a lively restaurant.  The cuisine is both inventive and traditional, delivered in a casual yet elegant atmosphere.  Sundays features live entertainment with dinner jazz, there is a childrens menu, along with vegetarian options, lower fat options, allergy adn special diet substitutions or low carb options - anything you need, just let the chef know.  A fine dining experience, the Blackshop is a treat for the senses.

King Street Trio
King Street Trio was originally located in downtown Kitchener and opened in July of 1996. In February of 2000, we moved our restaurant to our current location at 65 University Avenue East in Waterloo and adopted the named King Street Trio on University. The restaurant was named King Street Trio for two reasons; in our original location we had a café, a dining room and a bar, and we featured a live jazz trio every Friday & Saturday evening.   A Chop House, Bistro and Piano Bar - is sure to leave you with a smile.
