Tricity Lights ~ Patio Laterns

Moose Winooski's
Sit out and enjoy a cold one outside on the patio on any hot summer day at "The Moose".  Dig into their "Often Copied but Never Duplicated" double dusted jumbo wings or melt your mouth on their fall off the bone ribs.  Show up on an evening to catch a game or just just enjoy a beer with friends.

And in addition to a great patio place for adults, we must say, The Moose is a great place to be if you want a place to have a party for the kids.  A happy, energetic kid-friendly restaurant, the noise you hear on the inside, are lots of people having a really good time. And if its your big day, the kids love the moose hat, or for you bigger kids, the pie in the face is on its way!

The Huether Hotel
The patio on the rooftop of the Huether Hotel is just a hoppin' on a hot summer day and having a beer at the Heuther is all about the atmosphere.  The Adlys bought this old landmark when it was the run-down "Kent hotel" ( a rubby tavern) and put extensive capital into restoring it to it's former glory.

Overlooking King Street in Uptown Waterloo, this patio has quite a crowd when the sun is shining. Look for the Gold Crown Brewery to the east of the hotel, where the Adlys brew and bottle the Heuther house beers, and attached to the Heuther by elevated walkways is the huge patio of the Heuther's Barleyworks Pub.  The patio pub serves-up gallons of fresh Heuther beer brews with Califoria style pub-grub, pastas, calamari, wings, pizza, tex-mex and some good local German schnitzel.

Downstairs in the Lion pub in the basement, you are in the original brick lagering cellars used by the Erb-town brewer who existed there about 1838-1858. You are in the original epicenter of Canadian lager beer brewing, the founding ground of Canadian lager beer and a sort of shrine to a fundamental staple of Canadian identity - good, cold, lager beer.
