  3. Clarify the Multiple Listing Contract for you (including the Seller Property Information Statement) and review an Agreement of Purchase and Sale Form before offers come in.
  4. Create a list for you to address small reparis and clean up and only introduce your home to the market only when it is ready.
  5. Plan a scheudule to introduce your home to the market only when you and your family are ready.
  6. Introduce your home to the market at the right time and the right price.
  7. Advise you on availability for home viewings. Too many restrictions on showing times, means your house won't show as often.  
  8. Manage Your Risks and there are some with certainty, and make sure you understand them.
