Tricity Living

I have lived in Kitchener-Waterloo since I as a young boy.  I now reside in the south end of the city with my wife and family.  Having called Kitchener my home all my life, I have the knowledge and experience you need to help you find a home in this area.

The greatest feeling for me is when a family steps through the door of a home for sale and they know that it's the one.  It's a wonderful accomplishment to know I helped someone find a place where they will share lasting memories with their family.  The best compliment I receive is when a client says, "we love our home". 

The tricity region is a fabulous city to live and raise a family.  The cities share a low crime rate, below average unemployment and a great quality of life is enjoyed by all members of our community.  For most people, a home is the single biggest investment in your life.  I understand the importance of this decision for you, and it's my job to make this transition as easy as possible for you ~ no hassles, and no headaches.
